Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
